Job Position: Business Development Manager

 Job Briefing and Descriptions:

The candidates must have a minimum of 14 years of experience in selling Environmental Automotive /Automobile / Auto component / Auto Ancillary Industries. Technically proficient candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills & written & oral communication skills.

Education: Candidates, having qualifications of MBA/PGDBM/BTech

The CTC will be 14 to 16 lakhs per annum.

Job Requirement

  • Handling the client queries related to PDFs.
  • Follow up on the new orders.
  • Providing the costing for new jobs.
  • Procuring the board as per the expected order.
  • Monthly target achievement of sales.
  • Arranging the dummy samples for new development.
  • Visiting the client to get regular orders and new developments to get new business.
  • New client generations.
  • Client database management and MIS maintenance.
  • Achieving New & Existing sales target
  • Focus on the customer for the schedule, schedule confirmation & purchase order.
  • Maintain the data of the schedule against the dispatches.
  • To ensure timely delivery at customers' end.
  • Follow up for sample approval and purchase order.
  • Forward the customer complaint to the Quality, production, and development dept.
  • Communication & coordination internally for the supply of boxes & new development.
  • Develop businesses with assigned customers and handle accounts independently wherever allocated.
  • Take preventive action against a shortage in supply and late delivery of the material.
  • Give daily salesmarketing & new development reports to Director/marketing head.
  • Discuss the current issues in daily meetings and solve them with teamwork.
  • Develop the business with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch, development, production, QA, purchase, and accounts depts for the good quality products and smooth supply.
  • Share the competition feedback with management
  • To Understand the Client's requirements for New Product Development.
  • Manage Existing business by continuous proper communication with Customers.
  • To fulfill new Product development requirements with existing customers.
  • Find new customers for the new developments of our products
  • Manage maximum SOB with existing customers by up to date service and maintaining good rapport
